Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for designated companies
  • Record all financial transactions accurately
  • Assist with specific year-end closing tasks for our tax advisors
  • Address various tax-related issues (e.g., VAT returns, corporate tax)
  • Support the team in asset accounting
  • Oversee the dunning process
  • Engage with other departments and coordinate closely with them
Your Qualifications:
  • Commercial education (preferably with a focus on accounting or training as a tax clerk) or an equivalent qualification (e.g., further training as a financial accountant, certified accountant, etc.)
  • Professional experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficient in German (C1+) in both verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to work
  • Strong interest in tax-related matters
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
