Discover your impactful role

In this position, you will oversee intricate EPC projects or segments related to semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic, or battery manufacturing facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring project objectives are met regarding EHS, timelines, quality, and budget
  • Serving as the primary communication link with clients and the company's project representatives
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client contracts, including scope and terms
  • Leading the project team in identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies, escalating issues to the project director when necessary
  • Providing timely and accurate project status updates to the project director or corporate management
  • Guiding the project team, establishing a clear responsibility matrix, and organizing team efforts
  • Ensuring corporate standards, guidelines, and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing the project execution plan, with regular reviews and updates
  • Overseeing the creation and approval of all sub-plans within the project execution framework

Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Over 5 years of experience in relevant industries or industrial construction
  • Proven experience in EPC project management
  • In-depth knowledge of project execution and coordination
  • Strong technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively (EU) and stay on-site during construction phases
  • PMI certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English
