Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative (m/w/d) | Warranty and Claims Specialist (m/w/d). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales and warranty claims, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in the sales and warranty process
• Organize and conduct test drives and sales presentations
• Prepare and finalize sales contracts, financing, and leasing agreements
• Arrange and facilitate warranty and claims processes
• Act as a liaison between the sales and warranty teams
• Support the warranty team in handling claims and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, finance, and accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• English language skills are an asset
