Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative (m/w/d) / Warranty and Claims Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and warranty claims, and ensuring seamless communication between our sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales:
  • Active customer engagement and support in sales and service
  • Organize and conduct test drives and sales presentations
  • Prepare and finalize sales contracts, financing, and leasing agreements
  • Arrange and facilitate vehicle insurance
• Warranty and Claims:
  • Act as a liaison between our service department and SEAT/CUPRA
  • Prepare and submit warranty and claims applications
  • Support the service team in handling claims and damage assessments
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
