About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team at FDTech GmbH. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to production-ready integration into the vehicle and network infrastructure.

Our team is dedicated to developing holistic, functional mobility solutions and associated services for automated driving. We work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and transport network operators to shape the future of mobility.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects technically and in terms of content, ensuring compliance with FDTech processes. You will also identify and track project-specific technical skills of employees and provide project-specific technical training.

As a Project Lead, you will empower the team to recognize and solve problems themselves, providing necessary support. You will set new, higher targets for yourself and the team, using relevant metrics to exceed expectations.

You will also be responsible for looking at the profitability of activities and projects, implementing measures to improve profitability. You will use your creative leeway to shape projects in a favorable financial way.

Additionally, you will be the trustworthy interface to the customer, responsible for billing and control of services and compliance with contractual agreements.

Requirements
  • German native speaker/C1
  • English business fluent
  • Successfully completed studies in STEM (Computer science, Electrical engineering, Mathematic, Physic, Mechanical Engineering,...) – minimum Bachelor
  • Project Management certificates and broad experiences in several years of project management
  • Software project management experience
  • Automotive Background is necessary
  • ADAS/AD Background
