We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at codeculture. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project meetings, including status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution
  • Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong background in project management, preferably with experience in agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
