Role Responsibilities:
To facilitate our expansion, we are in search of Solution Consultants who can bridge the gap between business needs and technological implementations, delivering IT Service Management solutions across various locations in the DACH region.
The Senior Solution Consultant position is integral to all our implementations, encompassing the roles of Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee solution implementation projects;
- Take ownership of the technical and business design for the comprehensive solution during the implementation phase;
- Conduct design evaluations and ensure data quality;
- Manage and liaise with external client teams throughout the sales cycle and post-sales delivery;
- Lead and contribute to RFPs, providing technology solution insights;
- Review existing client implementations and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required Educational and Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT or customer support environments;
- 1-3 years of experience as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow implementation;
- Strong understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies;
- At least 1 year of experience in aligning business processes with ITIL best practices;
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of another European language is advantageous;
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
