Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Test Coordinator at Sogeti Deutschland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our testing processes and collaborating closely with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation and development of testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage testing activities within client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Engage in effective communication with both internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Participate in continuous learning regarding technical and methodological advancements in test management.
  • Support the preparation of reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing insights into testing progress and outcomes.
  • Establish and track quality objectives collaboratively with your team to drive performance improvements.
  • Implement initiatives for process enhancement to optimize testing workflows.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with test management and experience using tools such as Micro Focus ALM or Jira.
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies, database systems, and configuration management practices.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively at various organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 level) and conversational English is required.
Desirable Attributes:
  • ISTQB CTFL certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Some background in project management is beneficial.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development is highly valued.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
