About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Team Lead to join our team at BestSecret. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Process Improvement Team and driving business excellence across our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Process Improvement Team in identifying and implementing process improvements to drive business excellence
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and drive business results
  • Identify and implement best practices in logistics operations to drive business excellence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or process improvement
  • Proven track record of driving business excellence and process improvements
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
