Process Improvement Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Team Lead to join our team at BestSecret. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Process Improvement Team, driving process excellence, and ensuring seamless implementation of improvements across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Process Improvement Team in developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Logistics, to prioritize, structure, and distribute projects.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth implementation of improvements, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain internal logistics processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Lead project management and contribute to company-wide improvement and implementation projects.
- Design, document, and model logistics processes, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain process landscapes, including KPI-based performance management.
- Research and evaluate innovative approaches, ensuring the continuous development of our logistics locations in collaboration with Operations.
- Engage with the Leadership Team to support the structuring and preparation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferably with a focus on Logistics and Process Management).
- Proven leadership experience and track record of success in leading and developing teams, with a minimum of two years of experience in Process Optimization or Project Management, ideally in a logistics environment.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent training/ experience in Project, Process, and Change Management is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication, team, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in warehouse management systems a plus.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
