Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant Network to join our team. As a Technical Consultant Network, you will play a key role in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and driving the adoption and proficiency of our network solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead DEX Improvement Efforts: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline digital interactions for employees.
- Drive Network Application Adoption: Plan and execute strategies to drive adoption and proficiency of network applications, leveraging in-application guidance and other resources to facilitate smooth adoption processes.
- Measure Digital Employee Satisfaction: Develop and implement methodologies to measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity after implementation of changes.
- Monitor Application Adoption Metrics: Continuously monitor application adoption metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Business and IT Colleagues: Collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to understand organisational needs and challenges, and collaborate to develop effective adoption strategies.
- Promote Digital Adoption: Promote the importance of digital adoption within the technology organisation and across functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Network and its implementation, experience of configuration management in Network environments.
- Skills: Proven track record of driving and reporting on Network technology adoption, project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Human Change Management (HCM) frameworks, good knowledge of Network technologies, protocols, and architectures, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred.
