HMF Smart Solutions GmbH is seeking a skilled and motivated Global Sales Director to enhance our presence in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in recognizing market opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Energy, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors to formulate strategic sales initiatives.
  • Establish new client relationships while nurturing existing partnerships to foster long-term business growth.
  • Oversee and enhance current client engagements to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to pinpoint trends and develop informed sales strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales plans, proposals, and contracts tailored to broadband solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts within the broadband sector.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, particularly the development department, to align customer needs with customized broadband solutions.
  • Engage in international trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities to broaden our reach in TETRA and LTE/5G markets.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in international sales or Key Account Management, particularly in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Familiarity with professional mobile communication technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales targets in the broadband sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate an international business landscape with cultural sensitivity.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and international business opportunities.
  • Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
