Venture Development Intern

As an intern, you will collaborate with our teams on everyday operations and special initiatives that will allow you to gain insights into our business from various angles. You will play a role in the innovation and implementation of fresh concepts that enhance client satisfaction while acquiring cross-functional experience across our business areas and exploring our industry-leading solutions.
We are looking for interns across multiple functions, including Business Development, Operations, Consulting, Design, and Product Management.
Depending on your role, experience, and interests, you will:
- Acquire an insider's view of internet startups, the agency and service sector, and the digital consulting landscape.
- Conceive, organize, and develop innovative product and business venture concepts.
- Engage in negotiations with prospective business collaborators.
- Prepare documentation for strategic decisions or presentations.
- Assist in marketing efforts.
- Conduct (market) research.
- Take responsibility for operational matters and contribute to the development of efficient and articulate processes in our project management.
Note that we are experiencing rapid growth, and successful interns may be offered a full-time position upon completion of their internship.
Qualifications- Completion of at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or currently pursuing your Master's/MBA.
- A strong academic background complemented by relevant practical experience in similar industries.
- Willingness to relocate and commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Capability to merge quantitative analysis with effective communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German to engage directly with our clients, along with interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, balanced with strong teamwork capabilities and a preference for regular interaction with colleagues.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a keen interest in the startup or consulting sector, and a readiness to engage actively in tasks.
- Adaptability, resilience, and speed, even in high-pressure situations.
- High organizational skills - comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
