Venture Development Intern for Heat Pumps

As a Venture Development Intern at Enpal GmbH, you will play a crucial role in the development, expansion, and implementation of long-term business processes for the heat pump department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analyses and competitor research in the heat pump technology sector to identify potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to generate new business ideas and processes in the heat pump sector and evaluate their feasibility.
- Support the coordination and implementation of new projects.
- Monitor the latest developments and trends in heat pump technology and its applications.
- Prepare engaging reports to document and communicate the progress and results of projects.
- As part of the Venture Development team, you will not only learn a lot about Enpal and the energy sector but also have the opportunity to join a top-class team consisting of experienced founders, corporate consultants, and venture builders.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills in German and English.
- You possess a hands-on mentality and work well in a dynamic work environment.

- You are highly motivated to make a valuable contribution to the energy transition.
- You can support us for at least four months.
