Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

Are you passionate about manufacturing engineering and looking for a new challenge? GULP – experts united is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer in Lübeck. As a key member of our aviation industry client's team, you will be responsible for resource planning, prioritization of tasks, and acting as a contact person for manufacturing engineering topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource planning and prioritization of tasks
- Acting as contact person for manufacturing engineering topics in Lübeck
- Supporting the daily Gemba walk and implementing measures
- Introduction of new products into production through APQP application
- Ensuring the technical readiness of production by supporting the production facilities
- Supporting the improvement of product and process quality, e.g. PFMEA
- Acting as an internal contact for quality audits and ensuring the processing of possible corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with EH&S requirements
- Implementing innovations in production, e.g. Industry 4.0
- Supporting the CORE production system
- Global cooperation for the further development of manufacturing engineering
Requirements:
- University degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering, alternatively training as a technician or master craftsman with many years of professional experience
- Specialist knowledge in the fields of mechanical and apparatus engineering, production engineering, automation technology, logistics and aviation
- Knowledge of the common IT software programs
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong hands-on mentality
- On-call duty twice a month
