About the Department/Team
The management of risks associated with financial crime and the implementation of effective controls, processes, and safeguards is of utmost importance to Deutsche Bank. In addition to the deployment of the Transaction Monitoring System "Actimize", the AFC Global Platform Monitoring & Screening team is responsible for the enhancement of existing Transaction Monitoring and Name List Screening systems.

Your Responsibilities
- Utilizing your insights and experiences, you will develop and test standardized alert and case management processes for the Actimize product "ActOne" as part of the global implementation plan for "Actimize", taking into account any necessary local adaptations.
- You will create requirements and specifications for the enhancement of existing Transaction Monitoring systems.
- You will assist in coordinating progress with regional stakeholders to ensure efficient and harmonized implementation.
- Collaboratively within the team, you will develop "Actimize" customizations with specific rules, reports, roles, and SQL analyses.
- You hold a completed university degree with a focus on business, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience as a Business Analyst in implementation projects (preferably Actimize SAM-C, SAM-R, and ActOne).
- Your understanding of relevant banking products and associated money laundering risks and data flows through initial professional experience in anti-money laundering, particularly in transaction monitoring within a globally operating bank, rounds out your profile.
- You possess fundamental SQL knowledge.
- Experience in Actimize customization (Rules, DART Reports, Roles, etc.) is advantageous for your work.
- You communicate clearly and purposefully (both verbally and in writing) across all levels of the organization in English and German.
- You enjoy contributing to the design of new tasks and processes. Your experience in an agile environment is beneficial in this regard.
