Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Relations Mobility Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our International Relations Office, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the university's international mobility initiatives, including student exchanges, staff mobility, and partnerships with international institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the distribution of work and priorities within the International Relations Team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student mobility, including the development of partnerships with international institutions and the coordination of mobility programs.
  • Provide support and feedback to the university management on mobility issues, including reporting on mobility trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student journey and academic pathway.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with international partners, including the European Commission and national agency bodies.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through work experience in international collaboration.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in international collaboration, with a focus on student mobility and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with a good understanding of French and/or German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and initiative.
