Job Title: Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Coordinator to join our international team at Landewyck. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of our business between our headquarters and local markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export operations, including submission forms, sales forecasts, and legal aspects.
  • Work closely with export managers, customer management, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor local market performances, including monthly reporting and budget analysis.
  • Manage international trade fairs and exchange best practices between local markets.
  • Support the operational follow-up of dedicated markets and monitor market trends.
  • Project manage with other departments, including marketing and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • University degree with at least 3+ years of experience in export or a similar function.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Process/project management skills and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and German, with knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or French a plus.
