ROLE: MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting microbiological assessments on medical instruments
  • Preparing specimens for laboratory evaluations
  • Executing sterility assessments in controlled environments
  • Measuring the overall microbial load of medical instruments
  • Assessing for bacterial endotoxins
  • Carrying out additional microbiological tests for quality control
  • Documenting procedures in compliance with ISO/GMP standards
  • Implementing necessary protocols for laboratory cleanliness

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Biology Laboratory Technician or equivalent with microbiological focus
  • Experience in microbiological laboratory practices related to medical instruments
  • Familiarity with bacterial endotoxin testing, microbial load determination, and sterility assessments
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and independently
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO17025, HACCP, and relevant hygiene and documentation standards
  • Proficient in MS Office, fluent in German, and basic English proficiency
