Join Our Team as a Microbiological Laboratory Assistant

About the Role:

• Perform microbiological analyses on medical devices to ensure their safety and efficacy.
• Prepare samples for laboratory tests, adhering to strict quality control measures.
• Conduct sterility tests in cleanrooms to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Determine the total microbial count of medical devices to ensure their sterility.
• Test for bacterial endotoxins to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
• Perform other microbiological examinations for quality assurance, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Implement required measures for laboratory hygiene to maintain a safe working environment.

Your Profile:

• A completed training as a Biology Laboratory Assistant or similar with microbiological content.
• Experience in microbiological lab work on medical devices, including bacterial endotoxin testing and sterility testing.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and independent work skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO17025, HACCP, and related hygiene and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, fluent in German, and basic English skills.
