  • Engage in the KImAge initiative, focusing on study organization, coordination, and management of project activities.
  • Facilitate participant recruitment efforts.
  • Establish and maintain communication with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with relevant institutions.
  • Contribute to project-related media outreach and public relations.
  • Formulate project methodologies, including the creation of a comprehensive photography database.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Gerontology, Psychology, Health Sciences, Public Health, Nursing Science, Social Sciences, or a closely related field. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data analysis tools is essential. Strong communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational capabilities, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration are required. Familiarity with the psychological dimensions of aging is preferred.
