As a Student Intern (all genders) in our Legal Department, you will:
- Play a vital role within a global legal team, liaising with colleagues and legal experts to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the legal department, which includes managing documentation, organizing meetings, and preparing legal papers and correspondence.
- Assist in various legal projects and initiatives, conducting necessary legal research, compiling information, and drafting summaries or reports.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape and each phase of the corporate compliance process, applying relevant legal knowledge to support these stages.
- Proactively identify potential legal risks and aid in the operational execution of legal processes and policies.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members and stakeholders from other departments to provide ongoing legal support on a global scale.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a law degree or a related field with a focus on law.
- Strong grasp of general legal principles and terminology; knowledge in IT law or corporate law is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach, capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
