About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Planet intelligent systems GmbH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support via telephone and email
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Offer remote user support
  • Process incidents and document solutions in our ticket system
  • Install and train customers on software at their site
  • Prepare technical documentation for tasks

Requirements:

  • Vocational training in the IT sector (desirable)
