Position Title: Sales Manager for Nutritional, Cosmetic, and Functional Food Ingredients

Location: Home office with regular visits to the head office in Germany

Geographical Focus: Germany and Austria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales initiatives for our product range in the nutritional supplements, cosmetic, and functional food sectors.
  • Engage with B2B clients through regular travel, approximately 50% of the time.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience in the supplements market, specifically targeting food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical clients in Germany.
  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) or within a CMO environment.
  • Strong sales orientation and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the B2B food ingredients or supplements industry.
  • Background in sales and marketing with a commercial focus.
  • A relevant scientific degree in fields such as food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or biology.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
