Global Food Ingredients Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead and grow food ingredients sales into the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales to the DACH markets and experience with food ingredients, flavors, colors, extracts, and powders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the DACH region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of proven successful experience in a sales position with food ingredients
  • Strong overview and track record of food ingredients sales and marketing to multinationals
  • Hard driving sales skills, excellent overall business skills, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule
