With a workforce of over 850 professionals from diverse backgrounds, we operate advanced facilities that include a landfill and two state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plants, alongside an extensive sewer network.

Position: Head of Wastewater Management (m/f/d)

  • Oversee a multifaceted department comprising three divisions, managing approximately 75 personnel in both operational and strategic capacities.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of large-scale wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Supervise significant construction and renovation initiatives for our primary treatment plants.
  • Steer the strategic vision and ongoing enhancement of departmental processes and organizational frameworks.
  • Establish and monitor the economic and investment strategies for the department.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in environmental science, process engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
