Applied Researcher, Conversational AI Solutions

Are you intrigued by transforming user interactions with conversational AI technologies? The Conversational AI team is seeking an Applied Researcher with expertise in Advanced Language Models, Linguistic Processing, and Machine Learning Techniques.

You will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our conversational AI systems, collaborating with a team of researchers and applied scientists to refine current functionalities and investigate innovative applications of language models.

You will engage in a multidisciplinary environment, working alongside leaders in research, product development, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop foundational language model technologies (supervised training, prompt refinement, etc.) to support conversational AI applications
  • Innovate and assess new metrics and algorithms for evaluating language models
  • Facilitate effective communication with leadership and colleagues from diverse scientific, engineering, and business disciplines.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD or a Master's degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related domain
  • Proven experience in creating models for commercial applications
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar
  • Familiarity with areas including algorithms and data structures, parsing techniques, numerical optimization, data analysis, parallel and distributed systems, and high-performance computing
