We are looking for a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) specializing in Personal Marketing and Employer Branding to enhance our field sales team.

Sales Consultant Role Overview
  • Represent Personalwerk with enthusiasm and independence in your designated sales area as a charismatic consultant.
  • After comprehensive training, you will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of our service offerings, from employer analysis to impactful employer presence and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • You will effectively advise and inspire both new and existing clients, presenting tailored operational and strategic solutions to enhance their employer brand.
  • Proactively build relationships, engage in valuable networking, and increase our market presence while securing new contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or a related field with insights into employer branding.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Several years of experience in HR or field sales of complex products and services; strong consulting skills and customer sensitivity.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, with strong MS Office skills.
  • Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly, confident demeanor.
