We are seeking a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) specializing in Employer Branding to enhance our field sales team.

Sales Consultant Role Overview
  • Represent our company with reliability, enthusiasm, and independence as a charismatic consultant.
  • After comprehensive training, you will be well-equipped with our service offerings, from employer analysis to impactful marketing campaigns.
  • You will effectively advise and inspire both new and existing clients, offering tailored operational and strategic solutions to enhance their employer brand.
  • Proactively build relationships, engage in valuable networking, and drive visibility to secure new contracts and revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify and leverage upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Your Strengths
  • Degree in business administration or a related field with insights into employer branding.
  • Valid driver's license and residency in the sales area or willingness to relocate.
  • Extensive experience in HR or field sales of complex products and services; excellent consulting skills and a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, with strong skills in MS Office.
  • Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, organizational and improvisational skills, effective time management, and a friendly, confident demeanor.
