Midea Group is a leading global technology company committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our dishwasher products in the European market.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and continuous improvement. A strong understanding of European market trends and consumer demands is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet market competitiveness and user experience requirements.
  • Conduct market research to analyze demand and trends, providing data-driven recommendations for product decisions.
  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery and meet market demand.
  • Manage product pricing, promotion, and sales channel selection to increase market share and sales volume.
  • Oversee after-sales service and user feedback processing to continuously improve product quality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a dishwasher product manager or in a related product management role, preferably in the European market.
  • Familiarity with European market consumer demands and trends, as well as competitors' products and marketing strategies.
  • Strong abilities in product planning, design, and development, with proficiency in project management methods.
  • Excellent market analysis and data processing skills, with the ability to provide effective suggestions and improvement plans based on market demand and user feedback.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and achieve goals.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in office software and product design software.
