Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS to support the development, implementation, and improvement of our Quality and EHS management system. This position will be part of the global Quality & EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, or another of our DC's in Global Distribution, reporting directly to the Head of Quality & EHS.

Responsibilities

  • Support improving the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program according to global and local requirements
  • Support creating governance structure
  • Assist in running Quality & EHS network
  • Assisting local responsible and supporting audits
  • Create, conduct, and track Quality & EHS training
  • Local process owner for relevant Quality Processes
  • Create reports about selected KPIs
  • Support the Distribution Centers with all Quality and EHS related questions

About You

We are looking for a degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or similar, or work experience within Coloplast, ideally in dealing with common Quality or EHS methods. You should be able to successfully support the implementation of Quality and EHS programs at multi-site level. Language: Fluent in English. Basic knowledge of using Veeva, MS Office. Proactive and detail-oriented. Good communication skills and hands-on mentality.
