Sales Specialist for Operational Services

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our Operational Services team at SVA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and respond to customer requests, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our system engineers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing our Operational Services offerings and expertise.
  • Manage and document customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Relevant IT-related education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B1 level) languages.
