Operational Services Sales Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our Operational Services team at SVA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and respond to customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including system engineers and sales teams, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Operational Services
  • Manage and document sales opportunities, ensuring seamless handovers to sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant IT-related education or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B1 or higher)
