At Uniper, we are proactively transforming the world of energy while ensuring security of energy supply. Our Operations & IT Team in Düsseldorf is looking for a talented individual to join our diverse team of international colleagues from over 80 countries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, harmonization, and optimization of processes to drive Operational Excellence and Digital Strategy across Commercial Operations.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft platform to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to document and maintain use cases in our area, ensuring seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of new business models and technological solutions for a modern, sustainable, and future-oriented energy supply.

Your Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and experience in applying MS Power Suite to support reconciliation processes, approval processes, and visualizations.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and effective teamwork, with the ability to understand and convey business processes and concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on interpreting data and figures, and a strong sense of team spirit and reliability.
  • Fluent in English, with fluency in German being advantageous.
