Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in specialized onboarding training conducted by Microsoft professionals
  • Support the establishment of the physical framework of the data center
  • Manage the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of cables and hardware components
  • Work with various storage solutions including hard drives and solid-state drives
  • Function within a ticketing system for task management
  • Utilize equipment such as forklifts for the movement of devices
  • Engage in specialized assignments as required

  • Understanding of computer hardware and its components
