Pierre Fabre Laboratories: A Leader in the Dermo-Cosmetic Industry

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the strategic people development of our subsidiary in the TOP 4 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Regulatory functions to align the HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Implement the Group HR roadmap and policies within the country, adapting them if necessary.
  • Provide HR support and advice to the Leadership teams, managers, and employees within the scope.
  • Manage labor relationships, maintain a social constructive climate, and support managers on psychosocial risks.
  • Manage the budget and control associated costs (Headcount and Payroll).
  • Analyze and manage HR performance indicators to improve overall organizational performance.
  • Lead and supervise the local HR team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of global HR experience preferably in the Pharma / Dermo-Cosmetics Industry.
  • HR Strategy, Team Management, Change Management, Spanish social law, Recruitment, Fluent English, French is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills: ability to utilize standard software applications to include MS Office suite and HRIS (ADP, workday).
