Strategic HR Director

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the strategic people development of our subsidiary in the TOP 4 countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Regulatory functions to align the HR strategy with business objectives.
- Implement the Group HR roadmap and policies within the country, adapting them if necessary.
- Provide HR support and advice to the Leadership teams, managers, and employees within the scope.
- Manage labor relationships, maintain a social constructive climate, and support managers on psychosocial risks.
- Manage the budget and control associated costs (Headcount and Payroll).
- Analyze and manage HR performance indicators to improve overall organizational performance.
- Lead and supervise the local HR team.
- Minimum of 10 years of global HR experience preferably in the Pharma / Dermo-Cosmetics Industry.
- HR Strategy, Team Management, Change Management, Spanish social law, Recruitment, Fluent English, French is a plus.
- Strong computer skills: ability to utilize standard software applications to include MS Office suite and HRIS (ADP, workday).
