Responsibilities- Oversee DNS management, guarantee dependable email communication, and monitor overall domain security.
- Manage supplier relationships, licensing agreements, and lifecycle management of our IT resources.
- Engage in firewall and network oversight, utilizing technologies from Cisco, Barracuda, HP, and Ubiquiti, while enhancing VPN performance.
- Administer servers by managing virtual environments, executing backup and recovery tasks with Veeam, and ensuring optimal server performance and upkeep.
- Handle endpoint management by deploying and maintaining electronic devices.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in IT administration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in English are essential due to the international nature of the work.
