EHS Governance & Management Systems Manager for Europe (f/m/d)Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the effectiveness of our principles, policies, and procedures related to workplace safety, health, and environmental management, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe working environment.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Developing and executing the European EHS strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Enhancing audit systems (e.g., ISO/ASI) and coordinating validation audits.
  • Ensuring the integrity of EHS performance data, promoting digital solutions for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Implementing and maintaining emergency response plans across the region.
  • Driving initiatives for accident prevention and sharing best practices.
  • Creating and executing an EHS skills development matrix and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven expertise in management systems and project leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and specialized areas.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player with strong self-motivation and assertiveness.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on systems and processes, along with a proficiency in data management.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% within Europe.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
