CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to support sales objectives and to increase customer lifetime value across customer lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales objectives and to increase CLV across customer lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather, define, and deliver new business requirements.
- Identify relevant customer data and continuously improve the customer database for effective segmentation and personalized communication, while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance data to derive strategic insights for enhancing CRM strategies.
- Lead offline and online multi-channel campaign management for new customer acquisition and ensuring consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints to foster customer loyalty.
- Oversee lead nurturing and developing lead management processes from conceptualization to implementation, including KPI definition and results monitoring.
- Lead customer data management efforts, including database segmentation and enhancing data quality within Salesforce.
- Report key lead management results up to the sales conversation rate and driving data cleansing projects as needed.
- University Degree (BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in a dynamic environment, e.g. consultancy, start-up, or agency.
- Experience in sales and service management using Salesforce CRM.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of sales process and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, and team player.
- Fluent English language and excellent presentation skills.
