Job Title: Technical Editor – Diagnostics Development Aftersales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Editor to join our team at ACONEXT. As a Technical Editor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing diagnostic strategies and methods for our automotive systems. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and precise ways to identify errors or problems in a system or application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diagnostic strategies and methods for automotive systems
- Establish and maintain standards and best practices for the diagnostic process
- Conceive, specify, develop, and create functional and content-related extensions for workshop diagnostic testers
- Prepare CDDs, SMR-Ds, and OTX-ODX
- Develop and implement automated diagnostic functions and provide second-level support
Requirements:
- Completed studies in (Technical) Informatik, Softwaretechnik, Kommunikationstechnik, or Fahrzeugtechnik, or training in areas such as Kfz Mechatronik
- Proficiency in tools like CANdela, GFS, CLS, India, Xentry, Dialog, OTX Studio, ODX Studio, CANoe, and error-finding strategies
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and customers
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex diagnostic challenges
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure
