ACONEXT Stuttgart GmbH sucht einen Project Coordination Specialist (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Aftersales.

DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Unterstützung bei der Initiierung und Planung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte, einschließlich der Klärung von Anforderungen und der Analyse von Alternativen in der strategischen Phase.
  • Entwicklung von umfassenden Projektplänen durch die Erstellung von Strukturen, Zeitplänen und Kommunikationsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern.
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Projekte durch effektives Projektcontrolling, Risikomanagement und Implementierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen von den Zielen.
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Moderation von Meetings sowie die Entwicklung innovativer Methoden und Prozesse.
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für die Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen.
DEIN PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung und Planung komplexer Projekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling und Risikomanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Moderation.
  • Innovationsfreude und die Fähigkeit, neue Methoden und Prozesse zu entwickeln.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
