As a Project Development Support Specialist, you will play a key role in building and updating a Project Development Reporting tool and supporting the Project Manager with various tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a Project Reporting Tool
  • Update the Project Management Plan
  • Monitor and track project progress
  • Provide timely schedule updates highlighting actual vs. baseline performance
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports for stakeholders
  • Apply the Project Scheduling Process
  • Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices and schedule templates
  • Generate monthly and weekly reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Scheduling experience
  • Desirable: Knowledge of different scheduling tools
Competencies and Skills
  • Basic knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Agility to handle multiple schedules and scenarios
  • Rigorous, structured, and anticipatory approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, and multi-tasking ability
  • Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment
