Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Wintershall Dea. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of procurement processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with corporate procurement to ensure alignment with governance, processes, and systems.
  • Administer critical procurement tools such as Coupa or SAP MM, focusing on automation and supplier integration.
  • Develop bridging documents for corporate procurement directives and local governance documents related to the end-to-end procurement process.
  • Monitor and report supply chain statistics and analytics, including inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to align governance regulations and policies with local requirements.
  • Create and maintain supply chain master data.
  • Support the identification of business requirements and implement required applications and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement processes and governance.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools, such as SAP MM/SRM/BW, eProcurement Catalogues, and Procurement Suites.
  • Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and systematic approach to work.
  • General understanding of the E&P business.
  • Knowledge of relevant markets within the respective categories of responsibility.
  • Fluent oral and written German and English.
  • Commitment to company HSE policy and principles.
