Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain our IMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and regulations.
- Optimize quality processes, participate in the creation of process key performance indicators, and prepare for management reviews.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees in quality management and related processes and methods.
- Lead the improvement of our IMS in collaboration with colleagues from the EHS department.
- Conduct internal audits to verify and ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements, and prepare and present audit reports.
- Support coordination and monitoring of audit measures with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Report to the Head of Quality, Environment, and Energy Management.
- Develop recommendations for strategic measures in EMKA's production locations.
- Completed engineering degree and experience in building and administering quality management systems.
- Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001, preferably with experience in ISO 14001.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3.
- High technical understanding of the properties of the manufacturing industry.
- Meticulous work style when creating documents, processes, and standardizing procedures.
- Experience in preparing and conducting internal and external audits.
- Confident, convincing, and approachable personality with a holistic perspective.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
