Cafeteria Manager

**Job Summary**

As a key member of the FRESENIUS_HELIOS_HOSPITALS team, the Cafeteria Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide exceptional food and beverage services to our patients, visitors, and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Team Leadership**: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service, quality food preparation, and a clean and safe dining environment.
• **Menu Planning and Execution**: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers, while ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and standards.
• **Inventory Management**: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
• **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all food and beverages meet high standards of quality, safety, and presentation, and that all staff are trained to maintain these standards.
• **Budget Management**: Manage the cafeteria budget to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
