Position Context:

In the role of HR Operations Consultant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our workforce across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovakia, comprising 70 employees) while also contributing to the company’s international expansion.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, training and development, and the enhancement of HR policies.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain precise employee records while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Identify and tackle key organizational challenges and opportunities, such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Actively participate in the global HRIS team, serving as the main contact person. Facilitate change processes and support managers and employees during new implementations while driving cultural advancements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: A solid grasp of HR best practices and a proven history of achieving results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international setting.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and intercultural skills, along with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems, knowledge of German employment laws and regulations, and understanding of performance management and employee development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A passion for people and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Languages:

  • Native or highly proficient in German.
  • English proficiency at least at C1 level.
