About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, and other products
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
