Job Title: Principal Software Development Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and high-performance systems across the frontend and backend stacks. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for advocating for and enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and software development processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and high-performance systems across the frontend and backend stacks.
  • Advocate for and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and software development processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams, ensuring that dependencies and integration points are managed effectively.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on both frontend and backend development.
  • Proficiency in frontend JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
