Position Title: Sales Executive for Renewable Energy Projects

Job Type: Full-Time

Vivid Resourcing is a prominent player in the European market, focusing on innovative biogas solutions that transform agricultural waste into sustainable energy. Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to facilitate our growth in the Western German market. This position is primarily field-based, necessitating regular travel to engage with farmers, agricultural organizations, and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background and a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural landscape in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and pursue potential clients within the agricultural sector in Western Germany. Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass established sales objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with farmers, agricultural organizations, and other relevant parties. Serve as the main contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and support.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of biogas solutions. Customize presentations to align with the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead discussions with prospective clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring successful agreements. Efficiently finalize sales transactions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Requirements: This role entails significant travel throughout Western Germany, including overnight stays. The successful candidate will dedicate the majority of their time to client visits and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally within the agricultural, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the agricultural market in Germany, including key players and current trends.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven capacity to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-Driven: Capable of working independently, effectively managing time, and prioritizing tasks. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is necessary for this position.
